Terence believes that there is no “one size fits all” in fitness. He approaches each client differently, depending on their age, physical ability, injury background, lifestyle and overall fitness goals. Though he has a constant focus on mobility, strength, injury prevention, endurance and recovery, he will tackle these differently with each client.
For example, Terence himself trains so that he can always be ready for his true passion – being outdoors. Whether he’s hiking in New England, golfing in Georgia, snowboarding in the Austrian Alps or surfing in Bali, he knows that his daily training will have a positive impact on his performance and experience.
